My message to you

If you've made it here, then you are grieving and ready to make some changes.

I want you to know that there is hope. You won't always feel like this. Yes, there is a process that you can't avoid, and how long that takes is unique to each person, but you can get through this. You can embrace life again and find meaning in life again. Healing is possible. Grief changes. It's not always going to be this painful.

There are lots of different ways to be in relationship with grief. There are lots of tools and coping strategies to address different symptoms. It's not easy, but it's possible. You are not alone. You will be ok.

We can honour grief and embrace life.
