My message to you

If you're here, it probably means you're grieving. And if you're grieving, it means something or someone really mattered to you.

Grief can be exhausting. Everything you are feeling, all the conflicting emotions, is normal and valid. There is no right way to grieve. There's just your way. There is nothing wrong with you. It means you've lost something or someone that you loved and that was important to you. Grief won't always feel like this. Not because it goes away, but because you learn how to live with it. It won't always be so overwhelming. There's no rush. There's no timeline. If today feels impossible, then today is about getting through it. If tomorrow feels different, that's okay too. Grief moves in its own way.

You don't have to do this alone.
