About me
My mission
My mission is to empower people who are grieving to trust in their own capacity to meet grief and live well alongside it. My work is about what happens to our relationships and sense of connection when someone dies. Different relationships are impacted: with the person who died, ourselves, other people, life, and with grief itself.
As a grief coach, I help people explore what has changed, understand what is important to them now, and consider how they want to live in relationship with their grief.
I do this through 1:1 work, groups and workshops that build confidence and help people create a life that feels meaningful to them by honouring their grief and embracing life.
I also want to help friends, families and communities become better at staying connected with people who are grieving, because maintaining those relationships shouldn't become another responsibility placed solely on the grieving person.
At the centre of everything I do is the commitment to witness people who are grieving, ensure they are heard with compassion and make sure no one has to face their grief alone.
