The Power Plan

If long-term coaching isn't a possibility for you at this moment in time due to other commitments, or you don't have any longer-term goals. This is also an offer for anyone that has a priority of only dealing with one problem or one challenge or goal that they are currently experiencing.

The Power Plan is a 90-minute session which is designed to give you a strategy to address any problem or approach any goal that you have. It's a formula to give you a baseline of where you are in terms of resilience. We will then explore your goal, challenge or difficulty. This plan is designed for you to go away with a tangible action plan, so you know the steps you need to take to move forward. I will provide you with a workbook, including an evaluation form for you to use when you have completed your action plan.
